I had confidence that you saw my house, not a standard one, as different, desirable and definitely sell-able. You also clearly knew your market, especially living in a nearby village yourself.
I was impressed with your speed and efficiency at producing first-rate particulars and numerous photos online, in a superb brochure, and in ads in a different publication each week. Also that all of the viewings were accompanied by each of your well-briefed staff in turn so that all of you knew my home. I always got feedback and was kept up-to-date. Previous experience has not always included all of these elements, so much appreciated!
After negotiating and checking the offers received and giving me guidance, once the sale was agreed that was your job done, I thought. BUT that's when the truly invaluable stuff began. I simply cannot thank you enough for manoeuvering me through that legal nightmare from acceptance to completion. Your knowledge and expertise, second to no-one's, on all of the stumbling blocks , and your staff's determined (dogged, even!) regular contact with all the parties involved and weekly updating me are what got us there.
