We offer the following services:-
Tenant Find Service | Cost: one months’ rent + vat
To advertise and market your property, accompany all viewings with potential tenants, qualify the tenants (credit check, ID and reference), arrange the Tenancy Agreement, collect and register the deposit with “MyDeposits”, process the first months’ rent.
Fully Managed Service | Cost: 9% per month + vat, plus set up fee of £360 (Inclusive of vat)
As above and to include the monthly management of the property, collecting rent on your behalf and dealing with any and all issues that may arise with the property, serving of notice etc.
For all tenants, referencing and credit checking will take place (to include employers and previous landlords references) before any tenant is approved to rent your property. We will of course, discuss the who process with you, the landlord at each stage.
