(Please find our Christmas Opening Hours below, during which time we will be operating with minimal staff).
Well, we have had another strange year, with a falling market and stagnation caused mainly by the announcement of the late Autumn budget. Now that it is over and the Festive season is upon us, most people are turning their thoughts to Christmas. We have had a surprisingly good end to the year with sales agreed throughout December, the best in our history.
We hope that January may be the start of a more stable time, not just for the UK but for all the people overseas that are affected by war.
We wish you all a lovely holiday season, here's to 2026 bringing us all good health and happiness.

Opening Hours: The office will be closed from 5pm on Tuesday 23rd December and will re-open on Monday 29th 10am to 2pm. Tuesday 30th and Wednesday 31st 10am to 2pm. These three days will be operated with only one person. Thursday 1st January - closed. Normal Hours resume Friday 2nd January 2026.
