We are now carrying out viewings* and valuations again and we are very busy! Though certain restrictions are being relaxed, we are still in the midst of a pandemic and therefore will be continuing to remain vigilant and strict when it comes to adhering to safety guidelines - now is not the time to get complacent. We kindly remind you that the below terms are non-negotiable! Please remember that they are in place to keep you, our vendors and our staff as safe as possible during these unpredictable and difficult times.
If you want to arrange a viewing, you will be asked a series of questions and you will need to bring your own mask or face covering to wear whilst inside any property. These can be removed when outside. You will be asked to use hand sanitizer prior to entering a property (we will have this for you to use if you don't have your own). A maximum of two people will be allowed to view at any one time and we will ask you to maintain social distancing and to avoid touching anything within properties as much as possible.
If you require a Valuation, we are able to carry these out following similar protocol. We will ask you to remain either outside or in one room whilst we look around the property to be valued and to open as many doors and windows as possible in preparation to allow good air flow and minimise the need for us to open internal doors. The member of staff attending will wear a face mask and also use hand sanitizer.
Please also bear in mind that we have to leave more time between appointments at the moment so we are able to accommodate less than we usually would. Please try to give us plenty of notice when booking to avoid disappointment. Your patience with regard to this is much appreciated.
